Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Teapot Investments LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.teapotinvestments.com.
1. Subscription Billing
- Our paid features are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
- You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to paid features until then.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
3. Refunds
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Teapot before subscribing. Once a paid subscription begins, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe there’s been an error or extenuating circumstance, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll review your case.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment is not completed within 7 days, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is made.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and, where required by law, provide notice before changes take effect.
